The school faculty is recruited after a series of tests and interviews conducted by expert panellists. Once taken in, the teachers have to undergo the EHV training programme wherein they are made aware about Educare and how to incorporate the Sai Philosophy in their teaching. In keeping with the forte of our school, which is imparting value education, 3 teachers have been trained in 45 days residential Advanced Diploma / Diploma and 48 teachers have been trained in 21 days residential Certificate Course in Sri Sathya Sai Education from the Institute of Sathya Sai Education, Mumbai.

Apart from this, teachers have undergone the CPD programme (Continuous Professional Development) by Quality Education Asia, New Delhi to get attuned to innovative methods of teaching. Along with this, 73 teachers have also completed the PGDGC (Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance & Counselling) from Institute of Counsellor Training Research and Consultancy, New Delhi. The teachers also participate in various seminars and workshops to be aware of all latest developments in the field of education.
