Library

Books are the quietest and most constant of friends; they are the most accessible and wisest of counselors, and the most patient of teachers.
- - Charles W. Eliot

A library is like an island in the middle of a vast sea of ignorance and is regarded as an essential instrument for putting progressive methods into practice.
The library occupies a very important place in our school and is equipped with books suited to the interests and aptitude of students of different age groups, magazines, periodicals, news newspapers to give them deeper insight into current affairs. Its calm and tranquil atmosphere is conducive to the building up of the habit of self learning enabling the readers to quench their thirst for knowledge. The library is the center of the intellectual and social activities of our school.
In the library each has what he wants, each goes at the speed to which his capabilities allow him to go. Our library is the nucleus of the school environment, and we are proud to have books not in mint condition but in a condition that shows that unlimited readers have read the books.
